Sheila has been practicing yoga for 20 plus years. She is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and teaches yoga several times a week at various Dallas locations.
Sheila’s teaching style is delightfully unhurried, allowing students time for self discovery and shared communication.
Perhaps one of the most beautiful aspects of two-person yoga is the practice of presence. In a world filled with distractions and busyness, partner yoga invites individuals to be fully present with themselves and their partners. It requires a level of attentiveness and connection that transcends the physical postures. Whether practiced with a friend, family member or a partner, two-person yoga offers a unique opportunity to explore the beauty of togetherness on and off the mat.
